OUR APPROACH

Practitioners working with Spectrum Centre are experienced allied health and behaviour support professionals who operate their own independent practices. All practitioners hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in their relevant allied health discipline and have extensive experience delivering NDIS-funded supports.

Practitioners provide community-based supports in participants’ homes, community settings, schools, or via telehealth. Some administrative and psychology services are coordinated from Spectrum Centre’s Clarkson office. Other practitioners deliver services from their own nominated practice bases, including home offices located across Perth’s northern suburbs.

Spectrum Centre works with independent practitioner businesses to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services under its NDIS registration. Spectrum Centre provides administrative coordination, billing, and NDIS compliance support, while practitioners retain control over their workload and referral capacity.

This working arrangement supports practitioner autonomy, sustainability, and informed choice for participants, while enabling safe, consistent and individualised supports in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.

If you are seeking services contact the Spectrum Centre admin team to find out current availability.

About Claire:

I am a neurodiversity-affirming Clinical Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner who is passionate about supporting people of all ages and abilities to have a good quality of life.

I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology and am an AHPRA Board-approved Supervisor. My professional special interest in autism began early in my psychology career through my clinical work supporting autistic individuals and families and was further reflected in both my Honours and Masters research. I have worked as a psychologist for over a decade in the government, not-for-profit, and private sectors providing psychology consultation and disability services to individuals, families, schools, workplaces, and other community organisations. I believe my lived experience as neurodivergent parent of neurodivergent children has deepened and shaped my clinical approach and practice.

I provide a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and create a safe, non-judgemental environment to explore and better understand client experiences, unmet needs, and the factors influencing wellbeing. My work focuses on developing practical, sustainable strategies that enhance quality of life for both my clients and the important people in their lives.

Alongside therapy and Positive Behaviour Support, I also provide external professional supervision for PBS practitioners and neurodiversity-affirming training and consultation for practitioners, teams, and services.

In order to support my own optimal emotional regulation, I enjoy going for walks, singing in the shower, painting, drinking Roobois tea, binge watching my favourite series, and spending time with my family, my friends, and my many pets.
