About us

Spectrum Centre is a registered NDIS provider passionate about providing neurodivergent affirming therapy and behaviour support services. We recently set up an office in Clarkson and have scope to welcome new team members who share our vision and values.

About you

• You have over three years experience providing therapy services (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech pathology) or behaviour support services to NDIS participants.

• You have experience working with autistic individuals and important others in their lives.

• You value ongoing personal and professional learning and adopt a neurodivergent affirming lens to supports and services.

• You are connection focused and value forming collaborative relationships with clients, other professionals, and co-workers.

• You enjoy a good laugh and are amused by a good pun.

• You would like to work at least three days a week.

About the opportunity

• We provide administrative and business support for therapists who are seeking autonomy in managing their own caseload as an independent clinician while also being able to stay linked in with a supportive clinical team.

• You choose how and when you would like to work, which can include services in the community, client’s homes, telehealth, and appointments in the Clarkson office.

• You earn your income based on your billed worked, rather than a fixed amount, which means there isn’t a focus on KPIs.

• We have some innovative and fun ideas for neurodivergent affirming therapeutic groups that we would love to set up with the right therapist/s.
