ARE YOU TAKING ON NEW CLIENTS?

Updated 25th July 2022 - Currently there is no capacity for new referrals. It is anticipated that we will have capacity for new PBS referrals around September 2022 for Online Teletherapy Services (Video and/or Telephone). Spectrum Centre does not keep a waitlist but will update this notice when accepting new referrals.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

No - You do not require a doctor’s referral to access services. However if you wish to claim a rebate from Medicare you will need a referral from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist prior to your appointment.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Spectrum Centre fees are set to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Initial appointment fee is $352.24 for 90 minutes.

On-going appointments are $234.83 for 60 minutes.


Clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan may be able to claim Medicare rebates of $108.25 for home or community visits for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Spectrum Centre is a registered NDIS service provider. Clients who have NDIS funding are able to use their funding with Spectrum Centre.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

Yes. Travel fees are charged up to 30 minutes travel time one way ($117.41).  Additional travel fees apply for travel outside the Perth Northen Suburbs.

Clients who have NDIS funding are able to use their funding for travel fees.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

Spectrum Centre is based in the Wanneroo area and covers the Perth Northern suburbs.

CAN WE COME TO YOU FOR AN OFFICE APPOINTMENT?

Yes, office apointments are available from the Spectrum Centre Office in Wanneroo.

IS SPECTRUM CENTRE A REGISTERED PROVIDER WITH THE NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS)?

Yes - Spectrum Centre is a registered NDIS provider. Clients who have NDIS funding are able to use their funding to pay for services delivered by Spectrum Centre.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Clients need to give two (2) clear business days’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Clients who cancel with less than two (2) clear business days’ notice, or fail to attend their appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. Notice of cancellation can be provided in person, by telephone, in writing or email. 

Cancellation charges cannot be claimed through Medicare.
